• The advance booking amount of ₹500 is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• The ₹500 paid during booking is only an advance amount. The final consultation fee will be determined and collected after the consultation session.
• If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may request a change of date and time subject to the doctor’s approval and availability.
• Your preferred date and time are considered as a request only. If the requested slot is unavailable, an alternative date and time will be assigned by the clinic.
• The duration of each consultation may vary depending on the patient’s condition and counselling requirements. Therefore, appointment scheduling is subject to clinical assessment and availability.
• Your appointment will be considered confirmed only after the advance payment is received and the payment screenshot/transaction details are successfully submitted through the booking form.
• You will receive the final appointment confirmation and allotted consultation time via WhatsApp.
• Patients are requested to arrive at the clinic on or before the allotted appointment time. Timely arrival is important to ensure smooth consultation scheduling and to avoid inconvenience to other patients.
• Mindspace Wellness Clinic reserves the right to reschedule appointments in unavoidable circumstances. Patients will be informed accordingly.
